Terms Of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Training Hub Pro (“the Service”). Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
1.Agreement And Acceptance
These Terms are a public offer by Ruslan Tkalenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine (“we”, “us”), to conclude an agreement on the use of the Service.
You accept the offer by ticking the checkbox at sign-up and creating an account. This forms an electronic agreement under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
2.The Service
The Service is an online training diary and coaching platform for endurance sports: training journal and calendar, daily check-ins, analytics, coach–athlete collaboration and integrations with third-party services such as Strava.
The Service is currently in beta and available by invitation. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable.
3.Your Account
- You must be at least 16 years old. Users under 16 may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@traininghub-pro.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people without their permission, except a parent or guardian acting for their child.
4.Not Medical Advice
The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Metrics, heart-rate zones, training load, analytics and any recommendations are for information and training planning only and are no substitute for the competence of a physician.
Consult a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have a health condition, are recovering from illness or injury, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell.
You train at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury, illness or damage resulting from training based on information in the Service.
5.Coaches And Athletes
- Coaches and athletes connect only by mutual consent — an invitation and its acceptance. Either side can end the connection at any time.
- Trainings and plans a coach adds to an athlete's diary become part of that diary and stay with the athlete when the connection ends or the coach deletes their account.
- A coach may use an athlete's data only to coach that athlete, must keep it confidential and must not disclose it to third parties or use it for any other purpose.
- The coaching relationship, including any fees, is an agreement solely between the coach and the athlete. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for a coach's advice or conduct.
6.Your Content
You keep all rights to the data and content you add to the Service (“Your Content”). You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you and to the users you share it with. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backup copies, which are overwritten as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to add it, including information about other people — for example, a coach's notes about an athlete.
7.Acceptable Use
You must not:
- break the law or infringe other people's rights, including their privacy;
- access other users' data without their permission, or try to bypass security or access controls;
- upload malware, overload the Service, or scrape or harvest data by automated means;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- upload illegal, offensive or misleading content, or impersonate another person;
- resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to others for a fee without our written permission; coaches may use the Service in their own paid coaching work.
To report content or behaviour that you believe is illegal or breaches these Terms, write to support@traininghub-pro.com. We will review the report and, where appropriate, remove content or suspend the account, and we will tell the affected user about our decision and the reasons for it. This address is also our single point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act; you can write to us in Ukrainian or English.
8.Third-Party Services
The Service can connect to third-party services such as Strava. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy, or for changes to their APIs that may limit features of the Service.
Strava and the Strava logo are trademarks of Strava, Inc. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Strava.
9.Fees
The Service is currently free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future. Paid features will never be activated without your explicit agreement; prices, billing and refund terms — including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU — will be published before any charge is made.
10.Intellectual Property
The Service — its software, design, logos and texts, excluding Your Content — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
11.Limitation Of Liability
The Service is free, and we do not guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors or that its calculations will be perfectly accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, loss of data caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or decisions you make based on information in the Service. Keep your own copies of data that matters to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
12.Suspension And Termination
- You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Profile → Danger Zone.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms or the law, or where the law requires it. Where possible, we will warn you in advance and give you the opportunity to request a copy of your data.
- If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email so that you can request a copy of your data.
13.Changes To Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or in the Service. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
14.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring a claim before its courts.
Please contact us first at support@traininghub-pro.com — most issues can be resolved informally.
15.Language
These Terms are available in Ukrainian and English. Both versions are equally valid; for users in Ukraine the Ukrainian version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
